Here is an example of the richness of textural information picked up by the lifecasting process. In fact, care must be taken that models avoid wearing tight elastic clothing for an hour and a half before casting or there will be a visible panty line in the mold. What you see in the image below is the casing from the first mold. This casting is used to create the production mold. At the moment this picture was taken we had already been in development for 5 years. Little did we know that we had another 2 years to go!

This is the first trial casting in the production mold. The casting is made of rigid foam (for testing purposes only). This established the correct volume of material for future castings. Note the blemishes in the breast, stomach, and shoulders from underestimating the material required. The other fact that this test confirmed was that we had a perfect mold. This was a major milestone in the development of CybOrgasMatrix.
