About me
My name is Bill, and this is my section. I used to be a journalist, but I am doing this work purely out of amateur passion (as a zealot and champion of modern sex doll technology). Since this is a labor of love, I get to chose what I want to write about first, so don't expect any coherent order starting out. Once I find the need to categorize and index articles and videos, I will do so.

About this section
My section is being hosted by the people at Mimicon (thank you), at least for now. I'm not in a great big hurry to register a domain and set up an educational web site for myself. This isn't a commercial enterprise, so there's no upside to me to do so right now. Mimicon has given me complete freedom about how I manage my pages, what I say (good, bad, or indifferent), and what I chose to write about. The only requirement they gave me was, "Don't get us into any trouble, keep it real (truthful), and stick to what you know." Not a problem, philosophically or practically. I will NOT be offering opinions on products and technology I don't know about.

I am in agreement with Mimicon that you can't have true knowledge about something unless you have personal experience with it. This is the original reason I decided to start this page. After years of "lurking" in forums and web sites devoted to people with a common interest in sex dolls, I was frustrated with the amount and degree of misinformation I saw (even when the correct info was often easily

accessible on the same site), the pointless cross-talk, off-topic posts that hi-jacked a thread, posts by people who clearly didn't know what they were talking about, the adolescent debates, and even instances of malice and ill-will. None of this made me want to join into the community. These sites all serve a purpose, and some are better than others, but short of re-engineering these sites and changing their terms of service, there was nothing I could do to make a satisfying difference. Here I have the opportunity to share what I know already and any new and interesting stuff I learn as I try to stay on top of current developments.

Your comments and suggestions are welcome, but I prefer to spend my time creating the articles and vids (I have just re-discovered how much I like creating and editing digital video) instead of answering email. I hope you understand if I chose to spend the time I have on the things that interest me and minimize my time on the stuff I find loathsome.
