Return Policy

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
For health reasons, All Sales are Final; no returns, credits, or refunds. We encourage you to perform as much “due diligence” pre-sales research as necessary in order to purchase with confidence. We are committed to supporting you in this by answering any and all questions about the product or the company in order for you to make an informed decision. The only questions we will not answer are those that specifically address proprietary manufacturing processes and trade secrets that make our product unique and provide us with our strongest competitive advantage.

Quality Control Policy
We perform a rigorous quality control inspection of each casting as soon as we remove it from the mold. Any blemishes evident through a diligent visual inspection are noted in our Quality Control Form (available upon request). If blemishes are outside of our usual production tolerance, we “rate” the casting to a numerical score based on a checklist of factors, including the number, severity, location, and obviousness of the blemishes, and we discount the price based on this score. There is no such thing as a flawless casting. Each one is unique, even though they all come from the same mold. Having said that, we typically maintain such high quality control standards that one customer left us a voice mail after receiving his discounted, blemished casting, saying, “What blemishes?”

Transfer Policy
We will not incur the time, expense, and effort of finding a new customer to step into your position, but you are free to do so at any time prior to shi[ment simply by notifying us in writing. We will honor the same benefits, discounts, special offers, shipping date, and features you have specified in your original order or payment plan. These may be transferred entirely or in part, at your discretion, to your designee. In a transfer, you are also free to modify the price and features of your offer, add value if you want, or charge more or less than your original order amount.

THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THE SELLER'S SALESPERSONS OR INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS MAY HAVE MADE STATEMENTS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. ANY SUCH STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE RELIED ON BY THE BUYER IN DECIDING WHETHER TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. BECAUSE OF THE DIVERSITY OF CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THIS PRODUCT MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER IS ADVISED TO TEST THE PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING IT. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PRODUCT.

ALL DOLLS INCLUDE AN OWNER'S MANUAL WITH USEFUL INFORMATION ON BEST PRACTICES TO MAXIMIZE PRDUCT LONGEVITY.
